• Goldenseal, Vol 17, No. 4, Winter 1991, with the interior of the Rainelle Methodist Church on the cover.  Several photos are included.  This may be difficult to find.
• Nothing but Hardwood - The Meadow River Lumber Company," by Ben Crookshanks, is the story of the Raine brothers and their lumber enterprise, photos included.  This may be another difficult one to find.
